Privacy notice for the interest list

This page covers the "Be first to know" form on this website, and nothing else. When the SacraDuo app launches, it will have its own privacy policy. We wrote this in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Your email address. If you choose to give them, also your first name, city, and state or region. We also note your country, taken from the network connection that submits the form (we don't ask for it, and we don't look up anything more precise). We record the date you gave consent and which version of this notice you saw.

Why we collect it

Two reasons only: to email you occasional updates about SacraDuo, and to help us decide where to launch first. That's it. We won't use the list for anything else without asking you.

Where it lives

On our own server, run by MottaCare Holdings LLC. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no "partners."

SacraDuo is being set up as its own company under MottaCare Holdings LLC. When that is done, this list moves to it, and the same promises on this page follow it. Nothing about how we treat your information changes, and you can still ask us to delete it at any time.

How it's protected

Cloudflare fronts this website and shields the server, and a bot check guards the form so the list stays real people. Only we can read the list.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe, or ask us to delete everything we hold about you, at any time. Just email us at our support address (it will be published here before we launch, and every email we send will include it). We'll confirm when it's done.

No cookies, no trackers

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The only third-party script that can appear is Cloudflare's bot check on the form, and only when it's enabled.

Which language governs

This notice is published in English and in Spanish. If the two versions ever differ, the English version is the one that governs.
